1. Midjourney: Enhancing Discord with AI Images
Midjourney is a genAI program and service created and hosted by San Francisco – based independent research lab Midjourney, Inc. Midjourney generates images from natural language descriptions, called “prompts”. For example, we use Midjourney to generate images for content deliverables, our website, and demos! It’s not always perfect — there’s the case for spell check being employed, and well, our chair has legs! But we think it’s pretty excellent for the mere seconds it took to create the prompt and the minute it took to generate image options!
2. Notion: Nimble Collaborative Workspace
Notion is our go-to platform and possibly most frequently used AI tool. With AI-rich features such as advanced databases, templates, and content organization tools, Notion enables us to structure and store information effectively. We use Notion to create project management boards, where team members can assign tasks, track progress, and share relevant documents. It is a game-changer for us when it comes to collaboration, project management, and knowledge sharing.
Notion AI provides frameworks for planning via AI commands which specify what type of writing or content creation we might want to start on including job descriptions, sales emails, calendars, and even pros and cons lists!
Notion’s intuitive interface and powerful features make it easy for us to stay organized and expand on work we’ve started as well. Really cool genAI tools for summarization, translation, and writing expansion are available within each project for users to tighten up whatever it is we’re working on — from sharing meeting notes, building out a full campaign plan, or expanding on communications.
3. ChatGPT: Conversational AI at Its Best
ChatGPT has become a household name over the past year, especially given the twists and turns of late over at OpenAI. This LLM enables users to create engaging and interactive conversational experiences such as customer support, content generation, and brainstorming ideas. ChatGPT understands context, engages in meaningful conversations, and provides accurate responses. It’s like having an AI-powered assistant always ready to lend a hand, answering questions and assisting our team members in real-time. We expand on ideas here, create lists, and kick concepts around virtually. Some of the team is even starting to have fun with ChatGPT Voice!

5. CopyAI: AI-Powered Marketing Assistant

It also keeps users humble letting you know if you’ve failed to take downtime based on your meeting schedule along with how many hours you’ve spent in front of a laptop! It’s worth checking out Viva’s automated email instead of spending excessive time on information gathering.

Hubspot AI Assistant is an AI-powered tool that helps us streamline our marketing and sales processes with recommendations in regard to social copy, messaging, workflows, and activity tracking. With Hubspot AI Assistant, we can easily focus on the best next step in our efforts helping us deliver targeted and effective messages to our audience while still maintaining decision control and direction of overall strategy. We drive the direction and get an extra boost with Hubspot AI Assistant’s recommendations which, nine times out of ten, we take!
